Shipping Policy

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Keep an eye on the tracking updates from the carrier, as we’re not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, unless noted otherwise. Larger items may be shipped through a courier or specialty service to ensure safe delivery. If this applies to your order, it will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered to be in your possession. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. If something goes missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is given, extra shipping fees may be charged to resend the package.
Occasionally, uncontrollable events such as weather, shipping delays, or other disruptions may affect delivery times. We thank you for your patience during those times.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.The only exceptions are if your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
If your piece arrives damaged, please email Geffert.Kelly@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
We’ll review everything and work with you to make it right.
Each painting is created by hand, so small variations in color, texture, and detail are part of the process and what make each piece unique—they’re not considered defects.
If you ever have an issue with your order, please reach out first before contacting your payment provider. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to resolve things quickly.
