MY STORY
Hi, I'm Kelly
I live on the south shore of Massachusetts with my husband, John, our three senior pugs, George, Walter and Mae, and our cat, Janey.
I've been lucky to be surrounded by creative women my whole life. My Mimi was an artist, my aunt is an artist, and my mom is a creative. Following that path felt like a natural progression, so I picked up painting and fell in love with it.
When I started out, I wanted to figure out what I liked working with, so I tried acrylics, mixed media, pastels and gouache before moving over to oils. Oils and I clicked. I started painting water and haven't stopped.
IN THE STUDIO
Why it always comes back to water
Being by the water is where I feel most at peace, so it's what I gravitate to and what I love to paint. With every piece, I'm trying to capture the movement, the feeling, and the awe of the ocean.

I've lived in New England all my life and draw so much inspiration from the coastlines here. Now and then you'll see a painting of something else that caught my eye, but I always seem to get pulled back to the water.

Every original piece is painted by hand in my home studio and signed, an original meant to live with you.
